I am a relational and trauma-informed therapist. I can help.
After years of experience working in a variety of settings (i.e., schools, in-patient treatment centres, community and crisis mental health, and private practice) with clients struggling with different life challenges, there's not much I haven't seen.
I provide therapy using different tools and techniques chosen for each client's unique needs and situation. My goal is for clients to walk away from therapy with me feeling validated, supported, and confident using the skills and knowledge they've learned in sessions.
