Things are changing. How will I know if I'm doing the right thing? There doesn't seem to be an obvious answer. There are so many things to consider. My family, my friends, my own wellbeing. What am I going to do?

Maybe you're facing a choice about your career. You want something that is fulfilling, but there's also financial issues to consider. Your heart is telling you one thing but your brain seems to be telling you something else.

Maybe things seem to have fallen apart. A relationship ended. Or a job. Or both. You're trying to figure out how to navigate and prioritize this new life.

You feel like your friends and family are tired of talking to you about what you're going to do or what's going on in your life. Or maybe you just know what they're going to say, and you'd like to get an outside perspective.

Everyone experiences life transitions. Sometimes we feel confident handling them on our own, and other times we may want more support.
I can help you figure out how to navigate whatever circumstances you face.
Whether you're in the middle of a life transition or planning ahead for one, talking through what's going on in a supportive, non-judgmental place can help you see things from new perspectives. We can work together to help you feel confident about the direction your life is headed.
